I love capturing the moment when Nick is vibing with the crowd and decides to join them on the floor for a quick dance. From fans to our business teams, it's usually everyone's favorite photo. The live set, however, is only 45 minutes long. There are 23 hours and 15 minutes in the day that show-goers never experience and the touring party often forgets about after weeks on the road begin to blur together. Documenting shows is the main job of a music photographer, but preserving the times spent offstage is just as necessary -- and the part of the role I value most.
